Did you know that Rhyme University caps and gowns recently PASSED all CPSIA requirements? In the fall of 2024, a CPSC-accepted accredited third party laboratory tested children’s graduation caps, gowns, and tassels from 18 brands sold in the United States. Nine brands (53%) had at least one component that contained a heavy metal (8 contained lead, 1 contained cadmium). Overall 14 out of our 17 competitors failed CPSIA testing; that’s 82%.
